Having struggled with plantar fasciitis since 1999, I was resigned to receiving, at best, minor relief from the symptoms. Instead, I was delighted to receive education about the condition and a sensible method of treatment including chiropractic, acupuncture, deep massage, and specialized exercise. Not only has the condition been conquered, but I'm in much better condition overall and will be subscribing to an ongoing program to maintain and improve overall physical fitness and well being.
