SHAPE Offers Flexible Therapy & Training Treatment Units

1. What is a treatment unit?

We offer total flexibility by allowing you, along with your personal lifestyle coach, to pick and choose from our many unique treatments provided by some of Toronto’s highest quality practitioners and health care providers. Our treatment units can be applied to virtually any of our services and can be used interchangeably throughout our facility.

2. Do I have to purchase treatments if I am a member?

NO. Our members are not obligated to purchase a minimum number of treatment units.
