 Just wanted to let you know how much I am enjoying my workouts with Khan. He is focused, attentive, patient and fun. It never ceases to amaze me how fast my body responds. I see improvements already and am feeling really good. Callan is also really enjoying his workouts with Mike and those he did with Khan. His sister was impressed with the size of his arms! You have a great facility and a wonderful group of people but it is the kindness you showed after my
