Over the years, Dev has applied his expertise in physical rehabilitation and exercise science to help numerous clients return to maximal function regardless of age, ability or previous experience. His clients have ranged from elite professional and amateur athletes to soccer moms and weekend warriors, all looking to realize their full potential.

Prior to earning his Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta, he completed an Honours Bachelor of Science from Queen’s University at Kingston. Since graduation, Dev has expanded his clinical arsenal by completing numerous post-graduate continuing education courses and seminars including specialized training in advanced manual therapy and exercise. He is fully credentialed in Active Release Techniques (ART®), educated in myofascial and muscle mobilization, and is trained in medical acupuncture through the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute.

In addition to his training as a physiotherapist, Dev is further recognized by the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and holds over a decade of experience in health and fitness. He has invested significant time studying high performance athletics, weightlifting, advanced core training, and sports nutrition. He is trusted by his high performance athletes, as well as his “everyday” clients, to apply sound and effective scientific exercise principles to achieve exceptional results.

Dev’s unique background and abilities allow him to create synergy between distinct rehabilitation and performance objectives and allow integration of various treatment techniques to address outcomes such as pain and injury management, mobility/flexibility issues, strength & conditioning, sport-specific and athletic performance, weight-loss/body composition changes, and stress & lifestyle management.

Drawing upon the wealth of knowledge and experience gained from his previous educational and employment endeavours, Dev ensures that every client is educated on the components of complete health and wellness and its vital role in the return to optimal function and total performance. He enjoys fostering rewarding relationships with his clients while enlightening them on all aspects of their health and fitness journey. Neena has always had a keen interest in sports and science, which are two passions that have greatly influenced her professional career. Prior to completing her Master's degree in Physiotherapy (MScPT) at the University of Toronto, Neena first graduated with Great Distinction from McGill University, where she earned an undergraduate degree in Physiology.

While pursuing her education and career goals, Neena concurrently participated in athletics as a varsity soccer player over 5 years at both schools, exemplifying her commitment to sport. This level of commitment earned her numerous scholarships and awards for leadership, academic excellence, as well as all-star team honors.

Through her clinical internships, Neena has experienced working in various treatment settings ranging from palliative care hospitals to private sports clinics. As such, Neena has had the opportunity to work with people from all walks of life, including the seriously ill, casually active individuals, as well as Olympic and professional athletes.

To further her understanding of sports injuries, Neena has also been an active volunteer in the community by providing care for children's sports teams and being a member of the medical staff for a high-performance volleyball camp. Neena has continued her post-graduate learning through continuing education courses such as Active Release Techniques (ART®) for which she is a certified provder.

These experiences in combination with a physiology background have equipped Neena with a large knowledge base in the assessment and treatment of many neurological and orthopedic conditions and injuries. Neena's unique clinical background and personal experience along with her own athletic injuries have allowed her to understand the intimate relationship between physical activity and mental well being. She thus takes a holistic approach to each case by providing highly personalized care.

Neena's professional philosophy is grounded in the idea that the human body is capable of amazing feats, and that active people at any level of physical ability can achieve their health and fitness goals. She believes that all clients should be treated with the same caliber of care as high-performance athletes, and empowers people to take an active role in their rehabilitation through providing scientific education and one-on-one goal setting opportunities.

Throughout the years, Priya has held a passion and commitment to healing. She has been driven by the belief that the human body possesses its own natural pharmacy and is able to heal itself when given proper attention and with the right level of self awareness. She believes in a holistic approach where the mind, body and spirit work in unison to heal and overcome ailments.

Having obtained her Masters degree in Physical Therapy (MScPT) from the University of Toronto, Priya has acquired a variety of rehabilitation experience throughout her clinical placements, from intensive care hospitals to private orthopedic clinics. Working with populations ranging from the extremely ill to high performance athletes, she has gained insight into a variety of conditions and injuries. Furthermore, Priya experienced working oversees as a physiotherapy student in South East Asia where she was able to develop her non-traditional treatment techniques and focus on a more manual therapy approach as well as participate in clinical research.

Prior to her Masters, Priya completed an undergraduate degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology, graduating with great distinction from Concordia University in Montreal. This has provided her with an excellent foundation in anatomy and biomechanics that has given her additional knowledge and awareness of the human body. She has continued her post-graduate education by being trained in medical acupuncture through the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute as well as being certified in Active Release Techniques (ART®).

Priya’s athletic background includes playing college basketball as well as being the head coach for a high school girls basketball team. Among others, some of her athletic interests include rock climbing, cycling, and regular training in the gym in order to maintain a high level of fitness and health.

Priya strongly believes in the holistic approach when it comes to client care and incorporates this philosophy when treating her patients. She emphasizes client goals, health and wellness, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications. Using education as a means of empowerment, she believes in imparting knowledge to her clients regarding their own bodies and the importance of their active participation during the recovery process. She encourages clients to maintain healthy minds and bodies while maximizing performance through safe and effective exercise programs.
