 Too busy to get into SHAPE? With our In-Home Treatments, the SHAPE Team will come to you! You can choose from our High Performance Personal Training Sessions, Registered Massage Therapy Treatments or even our Chiropractic and Physiotherapy services. All can be done in the comfort of your own home!
PLAN 1: In-Home High Performance Personal Training
Why train at home? Because working out from home eliminates any excuses! The gym comes to you! SHAPE’s conditioning specialists will come to your home or office with all of the equipment you need for a challenging total-body workout! If you have a home gym, great. If not, no problem! Our conditioning specialists are well equipped with a wide variety of equipment, including stability balls, medicine balls, BOSU balls, resistance tubing, free weights, boxing and sparring gloves. Most workouts are built around this variety of equipment and one’s own body weight. All in-home high performance personal training sessions are 50 minutes in length and are dynamic and fast-paced to optimize your time and results. Each of our SHAPE conditioning specialists has a unique variety of specializations and training methods to help you achieve your goals. Your personal training appointments are scheduled at times that are convenient for you.
PLAN 2: In-Home Registered Massage Therapy
Imagine arriving home from work, tired and worn out from a busy day. You relax and get comfortable, and soon your SHAPE therapist arrives with everything necessary to give you the royal treatment. There's no need to worry about getting to the clinic on time, driving through traffic or even finding somewhere to park. All you need to do is relax... We provide the massage table, linens, oils and candles. We'll even bring the music – or you can supply your own. Whether it’s a gift, something special for your partner or just a way to treat yourself, our in-home massage therapy treatments are the perfect way to relax and rejuvenate. We'll travel anywhere within the Greater Toronto Area to give you just what you need to experience the ultimate in luxury.
PLAN 3: In-Home Chiropractic or Physiotherapy Services
If you have trouble keeping your physical therapy appointments and wonder why you keep re-injuring yourself, now you can improve your compliance with your therapy program by having SHAPE chiropractors and physiotherapists come to your home or office. Your therapist can evaluate you in your real natural environment and ergonomically assess your surroundings. Minimal space is required for the therapist. Treatments are 50 minutes in length and are exclusively one on one. Initial appointments may take longer based on the injury. Also, following any type of orthopedic surgery, having a therapist come to the home may eliminate complications of driving a car or having to negotiate dangerous obstacles on your way to an outpatient clinic.
