  • Alternating days of pyramid based resistance training
Day 1 Day 2
CHEST, BACK, SHOULDERS
  • Pyramid Based Resistance training utilizing strength, endurance and cardiovascular abilities of all targeted muscles
  • Full body dynamic warm-up
  • Core muscle stabilization addressed as well as integrated into the full-body movements
  • Anaerobic training through body movements were utilized too
LEGS, TRICEPS, BICEPS
  • Pyramid Based Resistance training utilizing strength, endurance and cardiovascular abilities of all targeted muscles
  • Aerobic training to increase cardiovascular fitness
  • Plyo-metric training utilized to increase ballistic power of body muscles
  • Full body dynamic warm-up
  • Core muscle stabilization addressed as well as integrated into the full-body movements
