- Full body dynamic warm-up
- Core muscle stabilization addressed as well as integrated into the full-body movements
- Anaerobic training through body movements were utilized too

LEGS, TRICEPS, BICEPS
- Pyramid Based Resistance training utilizing strength, endurance and cardiovascular abilities of all targeted muscles
- Aerobic training to increase cardiovascular fitness
- Plyo-metric training utilized to increase ballistic power of body muscles
- Full body dynamic warm-up
- Core muscle stabilization addressed as well as integrated into the full-body movements
