- Nutritional Counselling - weekly with ongoing wireless internet/e-mail feedback
- High Performance Personal Training – 2 to 3 sessions per week
- Ongoing coaching from Trainer
- RMT - every 2 to 3 weeks
- Spa and Relaxation Treatments (dual purpose to getting back/face skin clear of blemishes and as rewards for staying on track with the program) - every 2 to 3 weeks
