Testimonial:
What are some of the challenges in the past that didn't allow me to attain my goals? Not exactly sure, but I can only speculate that I had insufficient resolve and ineffective accountability.
I've never had a coach, like you, who would be willing to check-in with me at 9:05 PM, as you did tonight, because I hadn't done my cardio for the day. I've never had a nutritionist involved who was willing to work with me as closely as Denis is.
To paraphrase Jim Rohn (Anthony Robbins' mentor); 45 minutes per day on the bike is an easy thing to do. The problem is that it is also easy (easier) NOT to do. So the value of daily coaching to keep me on track, as you and Denis are doing, has been the valuable missing piece in the past for me.
To emphasize the point, it is not a certainty that I would have gotten on the bike if you hadn't emailed me tonight, to hold me accountable. It was late, I was tired, the excuses were already settling into place and then your email came. And so it goes.
I clearly respond to continuous accountability coaching, and have never had a coaching team, like yours, organized or committed enough to give that level of daily relentless coaching.
Like tonight, there will be many times, on the way to my goal, that I'll get frustrated, make excuses, rationalize getting off-track, etc. I am wagering, however, that this time I will succeed if the accountability coaching remains this intensive throughout.
Gratefully,
Mark
