  2. Glucosamine with Chondroitin and MSM - 1500mg on an empty stomach, helps build articular cartilage
  3. Essential Fatty Acids - Omega 3,6, 9, decreases arachidonic acid and increases EPA
  4. Curcumin - reduces inflammation
  5. Capsicum - inhibits substance-P - topical cream
Other Suggestions:
  1. Reduce red meat consumption
  2. Increase fish consumption
  3. Decrease nightshades, eg. tomatoes and potatoes
