- Originally came to SHAPE in October 2005 with low back pain
- Was in generally good shape
Goals:
- Decrease body fat and tone-up
- Increase total body strength
- Increase core strength
- Reduce low back pain
SHAPE Treatment Plan:
- High Performance Personal Training twice a week at SHAPE and one at home following a personalized training program
- One to two 30 minute outdoor runs per week
- Integrated Therapy and Training when needed
