During your first consultation (45 minutes) one of our nutritionists will gather details about your current eating patterns, medical history and food preferences and provide you with guidance in the completion of a three day food record. The data you record is then analyzed using the latest nutrition computer software. The analysis will explicitly determine exactly how much you are currently consuming of every macronutrient, vitamin and mineral and compare it to the recommended amounts.
SHAPE's registered dietitian synthesizes the information into a booklet containing your own customized nutrition plan, which is then discussed in detail during your follow-up meeting (60 minutes). A customized nutritional plan and program including personalized meal plans will be prepared for you allowing you to accomplish your goals. The efficient and uncomplicated process leaves you with a revolutionized way of eating!
