train like the pros ...Whether you are an elite athlete, recreational athlete or weekend warrior, we offer a program proven to enhance your performance while focusing on injury prevention.
All of our sport specific programs include a thorough functional movement evaluation by one of our therapists which identifies and tracks mobility, instability deficiencies and asymmetries, as well as compensation strategies within the body. It highlights energy leaks and limiting factors that could potentially inhibit performance and eventually cause injuries.
This test is followed by an evaluation of your body composition and sport specific strength and fitness testing. As well, given nutrition’s critical role in sport performance, a nutrition analysis will be performed to ensure that you are maintaining necessary energy levels during training as well as getting the most out of substrate reserves such as carbohydrates in order to reach your peak performance levels. Sport massages will also be integrated into your treatment program to ensure optimal recovery and regeneration.
We will coach you and develop a personalized integrated program that will get results. Our therapists and trainers can also work with your team providing team training and onsite physical therapy / sports therapy management.
